Position Overview:
The Position of Planning Expert will be instrumental in shaping Zeptoâs strategic direction and
ensuring the efficiency of our operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep
understanding of market dynamics, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive strategic
initiatives. The Head of Planning will work closely with senior leadership to develop and
implement planning strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
â Develop and execute comprehensive strategic planning frameworks to support
Zeptoâs long-term business objectives.
â Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic goals, monitor progress,
and adjust plans to ensure alignment with company priorities.
2. Data Analysis & Forecasting:
â Oversee the creation and utilization of forecasting models to predict market
trends, sales performance, and operational needs.
â Analyze market data, internal metrics, and industry trends to provide actionable
insights and support informed decision-making.
3. Operational Efficiency:
â Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
and effectiveness.
â Ensure effective coordination between planning, procurement, logistics, and
other departments to streamline operations.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
â Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and
supply chain, to ensure cohesive planning and execution across the organization.
â Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address planning challenges and align on
strategic initiatives.
5. Performance Monitoring:
â Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
effectiveness of planning strategies and initiatives.
â Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on planning
performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications:
â Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
â 5-6 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a similar role,
with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
â Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans in a
dynamic, high-growth environment.
â Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven
decisions.
â Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
â Proficiency in advanced planning tools and methodologies.
â Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
