Senior Executive

1. Sales Generation:

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for solar modules within the designated territory.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to educate customers about our solar module offerings and value proposition.

• Lead the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales transactions.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to solar module sales.

• Provide regular updates and insights to the sales management team on market dynamics and customer feedback.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and logistics teams, to support sales efforts and address customer requirements.

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools or other designated systems.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the solar energy industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of solar module products, technical specifications, and applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
