Job Description
- Reporting to Manager regarding on the job duties
- Issuance of BMR/ BMP & Cleaning record to production day to day
- Attaining the FG sampling, product label and seal verification while dispatch
- Document readiness for audit.
- Need base work allocated by the senior
- Online Review of the Batch Production records (BMRs/ECRs) in shop floor.
- Verification of housekeeping in shop floor and accessories management.
- Daily monitoring of plant observations.
- Verification of various log books for completeness in manufacturing areas.
- Ensure that deviations are reported online.
- Verify the compliance of in-process controls before proceeding to next steps.
- Monitoring that the materials are stored at defined storage conditions and labelled appropriately.
- Identifying and report the potential areas of contamination/cross contamination in the Site.
- Verifying the SOPs compliance in shop floor.
- PPE wherever applicable
- Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors
- A nd any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time
- Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior
