Job Description
Experience for 3-4 years on Power Automate, Python SQL.
Competencies
Optional: C#, .Net, JS (JavaScript)
Must have experience in creating BRD, SOW and other technical documentation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects and priorities
Experience in/willing to exploring new technologies for potential application within business team [C#, .Net, AI Builder, React JS etc.].
Certifications in relevant technologies or applications.
Development: Business understanding, map to new processes with the automated flows
Enhancements and Upgrades : Collaborate with Stakeholders to implement enhancements, or new development of application as per business requirements.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation such as BRD, SOW, Test cases etc.
Application Maintenance : Perform routine updates and configurations to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications.
Testing and Validation : Conduct testing of new features, patches, or upgrades to ensure compatibility, performance, and reliability of the applications.
Issue Resolution : Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and system errors reported by stakeholders.
User Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for the developed applications, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development team, Marketing, and Operations to align application functionalities with business needs.
