Job Description
Business: Piramal Consumer Healthcare
Department: IT
Location: Kurla, Mumbai
Travel: Low
The incumbent will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and converting them to IT requirements which would assist the business growth. Conceptualization of IT projects and managing it end to end
All departments for projects, Corporate IT team
Will report to Manager IT
Experience for 3-4 years on Power Automate, Python & SQL.
Development: Business understanding, map to new processes with the automated flows
Enhancements and Upgrades : Collaborate with Stakeholders to implement enhancements, or new development of application as per business requirements.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation such as BRD, SOW, Test cases etc.
Application Maintenance : Perform routine updates and configurations to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications.
Testing and Validation : Conduct testing of new features, patches, or upgrades to ensure compatibility, performance, and reliability of the applications.
Issue Resolution : Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and system errors reported by stakeholders.
User Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for the developed applications, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development team, Marketing, and Operations to align application functionalities with business needs.
