JD: Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IT department in managing and supporting the companys IT infrastructure, applications, and technology systems.
Develop and execute the IT strategy to ensure the organization stays competitive and can meet business goals.
Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support necessary to succeed.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
Ensure that IT policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
