JOB OVERVIEW:
The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the company's global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and elevate brand recognition across diverse international markets. The role involves working closely with senior leaders in the commercial team and key stakeholders across the organization. The position also requires effective collaboration with external agencies to implement digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign execution.

EXTERNAL External Marketing Agencies , Digital Marketing Partners and Event Management Companies
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Head Strategic Marketing
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: MBA in Marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (including social media), service-based marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and website management, preferably in a B2B or global organization within the pharmaceutical, CDMO, or biotech industries.
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Social Media:
Develop and manage global digital marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and enhance service visibility.
Lead social media campaigns in collaboration with agencies to execute content plans and track performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Lead SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure adherence to SEO guidelines and optimize website rankings.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Design SEM strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Bing. Collaborate with external agencies to manage and optimize campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI targets.
Marketo Campaign Management:
Develop and execute email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and automation strategies in Marketo. Work with external agencies to optimize campaigns and improve lead-generation efforts.
Website Management:
Oversee website design, development, and content updates to maintain alignment with brand identity. Ensure seamless integration of the website with marketing automation tools like Marketo for optimized lead capture and tracking.
Content Marketing:
Lead content creation efforts, such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and videos, working closely with internal SMEs and external agencies. Ensure content resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
Establish KPIs to track the success of digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with agencies to generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing strategy improvements.
Collaboration with Senior Commercial Leaders:
Work closely with senior leaders in the commercial team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals, sales targets, and client acquisition strategies.
Agency Management:
Manage and collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
Competitor Tracking & Benchmarking:
Conduct regular competitor analysis with a focus on marketing strategies, customer engagement, and service positioning. Track industry trends and benchmark the companys marketing efforts against competitors to ensure the company stays competitive. Provide actionable insights to adapt marketing strategies based on competitor performance, emerging market shifts, and changing customer preferences.
