Implementing and managing HR technology solutions like chatbots, portals, or MIS tools.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Audits and Compliance
Design and implement a robust audit framework for all employee life cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and exits.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with global labor laws, local regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulations like GDPR, data protection laws, and industry standards.
Drive corrective action plans and process improvements based on audit findings.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to leadership.
MIS and Analytics
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools, providing actionable insights into employee life cycle operations.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting across global processes.
Lead automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance data visualization.
Analyze trends and generate insights to support business decisions and improve employee experience.
Provide data / Inputs for annual reports, sustainability report, income tax assessment etc.
Quality and Process Optimization
Define and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of employee life cycle processes globally.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize process errors.
Drive process standardization and automation to reduce manual dependencies and improve response time.
Ensure zero-error processes by developing SOPs, checklists, and training documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
Cost Compliance and Budget Tracking
Review and ensure accurate booking of costs related to HR operations, payroll, benefits, and other employee life cycle activities.
Track and report compliance to approved budgets, highlighting any deviations or cost overruns.
Partner with the finance team to ensure alignment between HR activities and financial goals.
Prepare monthly and quarterly cost compliance reports for leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR Technology teams to identify system enhancements and support implementation of global HR tools like chatbots and employee portals.
Work closely with leadership and global teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Certification in HR systems, compliance, auditing, or financial management (eg, SHRM-CP, CHRP, or Six Sigma) is preferred.
