JOB OVERVIEW:
The Lead - HR Audits, MIS, Quality, and Cost Compliance will drive operational excellence within the Global Explore Experience Centre (GEEC). This role entails leading audits, managing HR data and MIS, ensuring process quality, and reviewing cost compliance across global employee life cycle operations. The role also includes tracking and reporting compliance with budgets to ensure accurate cost booking and alignment with financial goals.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL
GEEC Process Leads, Site HR teams, HR CmOEs, Internal Auditors, HRIT and Analytics team, IT Teams
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL
Service providers, Statutory Auditors
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The incumbent will report to Lead HR Operations, GEEC
