Senior Executive-Production ( Drug Product )

1. To carryout filling and packing activities as per BFR, BPR & SOPs.
2. To follow & maintain current GMP standards in production area/activities.
3. To follow day-to-day production schedule and ensure to complete production activities (filling & packing) as per schedule.
4. To take & follow operating instructions for the shift activities from superior/Manger
5. If any abnormality found in production area / activities, authorized to stop activity immediately & highlight to production Manager.
6. To maintain manufacturing records online & should comply data integrity practices.
7. Indenting, issuance & submission of BFR/BPR.
8. Raw/Packing material indenting and receipt as per production schedule.
9. Verification of Raw material & Packing material during receipt.
10. SAP posting as per BFR & BPR.
11. Sample request/submission to QC after filling activity.
12. Transfer finished goods through Finished Goods Transfer Note .
13. Packed batches allotment for dispatch as per sales order.
14. Carryout cleaning of filters & storage tanks as per schedule.
15. Ensure & Maintain cleanliness in production area as per SOP.
16. Ensure cleaning of AHU filters as per schedule.
17. To Check and ensure minimum stock of consumables, Log books & status labels.
18. Ensuring preventive maintenance of all equipment as per schedule.
19. Maintain temperature & RH within SOP limits in production area.
20. Co-ordinate with service departments (QA, QC, stores, E & M and SCM) for various production related activities.
21. To follow safety instructions/procedures & ensure use of safety outfit while on works.
22. Responsible to carry out the work of his senior in the absence of senior or authorization from senior.
23. Troubleshooting of Optel serialization system.
