Role & responsibilities

IT Maintenance & Support

• Responsible for project implementation and maintenance •Will be responsible for maintaining of mobile applications for the consumer products team •Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure •Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools •Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes •Participate in the design of information and operational support systems •Provide different level of support L1/L2/L3 •

Stakeholder Management

• Provide user training, support, advice and feedback •High interaction with the external IT team to achieve the deliverables •Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

Safety, Security and Budgeting

• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. •Control operational budget and expenditures. •Managing secure network access for remote users •

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years having experience in IT domain / Sales Support
• Should have handled/understand SFA, DMS platforms
• Should have knowledge about Android mobile apps
• Should be able to handle multiple activities
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Good coordination with Sales Team
