Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for providing support and maintenance to all the on-going IT projects. Participate in the designing of new systems and provide solutions for removing bottlenecks to enhance the systems

• 2 to 3 years having experience in IT domain / Sales Support
• Should have handled/understand SFA, DMS platforms
• Should have knowledge about Android mobile apps
• Should be able to handle multiple activities
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Good coordination with Sales Team
  

• IT Maintenance & Support
• Responsible for project implementation and maintenance
• Will be responsible for maintaining of mobile applications for the consumer products team
• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide different level of support L1/L2/L3
• Stakeholder Management
• Provide user training, support, advice and feedback
• High interaction with the IT team to achieve the deliverables
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Safety, Security and Budgeting
• Maintain computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Control operational budget and expenditures.
• Managing secure network access for remote users
