Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers.
Role & responsibilities
- Cover Superstore outlet in the respective territory
- Achieve assigned monthly Target
- Responsible for New Outlet Opening
- Responsible for New Product Launch
- Manage the performance of superstore channel to improve our sales & revenue.
- Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution
- Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
- Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
- Responsible for merchandising & store branding
- Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.

Mostly I like about working in piramal pharma is it's products for getting special rate and it's usefulness.
I dislike about working at Piramal pharma is, in spite of achieving more than 100% YTD Target yearly, employee's appraisal happens up to 2-3% on their basic package only. And the get 22-25% rise on YTD Target which is unfair. Also few things about the strategy planning which is not correct according to the customer perspective.
