Customer Build strong relationship and network with strategic accounts to develop deep understanding of their current and emerging needs & wants to identify and capture value creation opportunities Ensure accurate surveying of existing and prospective customers through ground level Sales Officers to estimate market size for the business year Collaborate with builders, architects and other construction related organizations to ensure concept selling of the products Devise effective Channel Strategies to ensure product reaches the end customer in time 3
Operations Develop and finalize the Annual Operating Plan (Revenue/Sales, Budget, manpower, et) and develop upon the future Sales targets based on the market trends Set clear volume targets and KPIs for the team and ensure that Cluster Heads implement the same down the hierarchy Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and act to counter competitor strategies Interpret short- and long-term effects on Sales strategies in operating profit Strategize, develop and review various Sales plan, policies and practices in the light of competition and industry trends and keep abreast of technology up gradations in the industry Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team Assist Cluster Heads, Trade/Non-Trade Sales Heads in preparation of proposals and presentations Take initiatives across the team to ensure awareness and adoption of new and upcoming technologies like AI, Machine Learning and other Sales Intelligence tools to track sales impact, performance, etc
Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Cluster Heads, Trade/Non-Trade Sales Heads Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 4
