Job Title: Sales Manager – Government Projects (Hardware & Architectural Fittings)

Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities in government projects related to door locks, door handles, and other
hardware items.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, and procurement officials.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, bidding, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Stay updated on government tenders, RFPs, and procurement policies to ensure timely participation.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure product availability, compliance, and timely delivery for government
contracts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned region.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management.
Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and government meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in government sales or B2B sales in the hardware industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven Track Record: Successful track record in achieving sales targets and managing government contracts.
Technical Know-How: Basic knowledge of door locks, door handles, and architectural hardware will be a plus.
Location Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the target region and established government contacts will be
preferred.
