Senior Sales Executive - Delhi - Immediate Joining Pioneer Hardware

Role & responsibilities:

Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

• Generate high quality sales lead by developing relationships with architects, interiors, builders, and contractors.
• Meeting with purchase managers and OT Contractors for govt. as well as private projects.
• Implement marketing / sales activities in the designated area to establish Dealership/Distributorship network.
• Understand market trends and anticipate customer needs to effectively retain and add new customers.
• Improve overall reach & spread of the products with better penetration in influencers segment.
• Regularly visit assigned market to meet dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, to ensure sales targets are met.
• Mapping competitors for development of new products, prices & services.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meets to keep oneself updated with customer requirements and knowledge sharing
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales within the Building Materials Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel as required.
