Job Title: Communication Skills Trainer

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of work experience as Communicative English/Communication Skills trainer
• Bachelor's Degree in English /Communications. MBA in HR would be preferred.
• Should have excellent communication skills, listening skills, team management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To plan and design training modules and presentations on Communicative English for different levels: - Basic, Intermediate & Advanced
• To impart training on Business Communication to employees
• To help trainees develop their verbal, written and listening skills through exercises and workshops
• To facilitate discussions and provide feedback to trainees
• To design structure for effective evaluation of training
• To carry out training evaluation for all trainees
