Job Description

Role & responsibilities :


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company goals and expansion plans.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design training programs to enhance customer service, sales proficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Create role-specific training modules for employees at all levels.
  • Develop structured induction programs to ensure seamless onboarding and brand alignment for new hires.
  • Implement e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches for flexible training options.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to prepare employees for managerial roles.
  • Conduct workshops on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other essential soft skills.
  • Develop training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Train and develop local teams to maintain a uniform brand experience across all locations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and insights for senior management to track training ROI and business impact.
  • Continuously refine training content and delivery based on employee feedback and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create new training initiatives in line with operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor the training team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Partner with external trainers and consultants for specialized training programs.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR or training roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs in the retail or service industry, preferably in jewellery or luxury sectors.
  • Experience in training customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales excellence and service quality.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct training needs assessments and create tailored development programs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse employee groups.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools for training delivery.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable training initiatives.
  • Experience in leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management and department heads to align training with business goals.
  • Familiarity with training compliance, industry regulations, and best practices in employee development.
