CSR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CSR Executive to develop and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR activities, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and mission.

2. Design and execute training and development programs for employees, focusing on CSR and sustainability.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify CSR opportunities and develop proposals.

4. Manage relationships with external partners, including NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations.

5. Monitor and report on CSR performance, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

6. Develop and maintain CSR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

7. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. Post-Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field.

2. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in CSR, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CSR initiatives.

4. Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Certification in CSR or related field.

2. Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or community organizations.

3. Knowledge of CSR regulations and standards.
