Experience: Between 3 years and 5 years
Location: Hyderabad
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge in Site Management and Civil Engineering
2. Purchasing and vendor evaluation
3. Microsoft word and Excel
4. Ability to read designs and coordinate with vendors
5. Good communication skills
Description :
1.To review the proposed construction building plans, drawings
specifications, and standards.
2.Supervising construction activities at site as per design and
specifications.
3.To follow the site schedules and adhere to getting the work
done at the site.
4.Prepare daily progress reports, and QC checklists
5.Ability to make material takeoffs and BOM.
6.Play a key role as part of the site management team,
collaborating with various groups, including engineers,
architects, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
7.Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per
specifications
