• Lead the charge in developing tailored sales strategies that foster long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate a network of key industry partners and stakeholders (dealers, system integrators, architects, etc.), ensuring the brand becomes synonymous with excellence in luxury AV solutions.
• Identify emerging market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales initiatives and keep the company at the forefront of the luxury AV market.

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
• Identify new market potential and regions.
• Oversee in-store events and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies.
• Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.
• Provide exemplary customer service, addressing clients needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
• Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury product market.
