Role Overview:

- You will be responsible for aligning sales initiatives with company goals, mentoring the sales team, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve regional targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
