Job Description

- Pin Click is one among the largest property advisory firm in the residential segment with offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.

- We advise clients on investing in residential properties of Tier 1 Developers like DLF, Hero, Kolte Patil, Hiranandani, Godrej, Lodha, L&T, Shapoorji, Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Purvankara among others.

- The person will be responsible to drive the business for strategic partners in North Bangalore.

- Work directly with the founders in driving sales, strategy and operations.

- Dive deep into the business drivers and levers so as to intersect the same with people strategy.

- Use analytics and data to drive effective development of a) Key hiring plans b) Organization models and structures c) Process improvement.

- Prepare dashboards for tracking major company metrics and drive improvement.

- Track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals of company and its functions.

- Develop and implement procedures and methodologies to achieve business/revenue goals.

- Good experience in team handling profile.

- Manage a team of property advisors, team leads, branch heads providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property - for the right price under the best terms.

- Responsible for managing the relationship with the developers and getting more business to the organization.

- Building new strategies to get more business and sales- to the- organization.

- We are looking for candidates for this position to be based out of Bangalore.

Qualifications Education :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate advisory, preferably in the residential segment.


- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate property advisors, team leads, and branch heads.


- Analytical Abilities: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in using analytics to drive business strategies, hiring plans, and process improvements.


- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.


- Relationship Management: Excellent ability to build and manage relationships with real estate developers and key stakeholders to drive business expansion.


- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.


- Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to tackling business challenges, improving processes, and driving organizational success.


- Real Estate Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the residential real estate market, including trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.


- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based out of Bangalore and work closely with the leadership team.
