Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely and build relationships with customers
• Provide technical support when needed
• Develop initiative sales strategy
• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Generate and qualify sales leads/opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth of the assigned territory
• Manage existing and potential customers to meet assigned revenue and profit targets.
• Provide Monthly/Quarterly Business forecasts to Management. Further, analyze orders
• Forecast customers and execute recovery plans if required.
• Report on regional sales results
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Responsible for sales growth largely in the Maharashtra region.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate:

• Work experience in the OEM/MRO industrial segment especially into fast-moving engineering goods.
• Experience with Elastomer, Rubber, Sealing, V-Belts, Fasteners, Nuts, Bolts, Tools, Gaskets, Ropes, Packings, Plastics, Teflon, PTFE etc.
• Should be willing to undertake 80% of Clients' visits in a month.
• Ability to multitask and take on diverse tasks
• Organized, composed, and handles pressure well.
• Reach monthly and quarterly company targets and objectives.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
