Service Engineer- Generator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as generators, motors, and other related components.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance of the generator set.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with gensets and motors using diagnostic techniques and technical knowledge.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems that require coordination across multiple systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working on high-voltage equipment

Service: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel generators and marine engines.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

- Maintenance: Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.

- Stock Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.

- Sales and Service: Provide technical support and promote products and services to customers.

- Handling Accounts and Billing: Manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure timely payment.

- Parts Imported: Coordinate the importation of spare parts, including customs clearance and documentation.
