Fire & ELV Commissioning cum Service engineer

Commissioning and maintaining, of troubleshooting, and servicing a building's management system (BMS)

Key responsibilities:

• To pre-commission control panels, field devices onto new and existing systems
• To commission controllers, networks and field devices into a complete control system
• Work closely with project managers to deliver to a design and site programs
• Commissioning controller software through to the Graphical User Interface
• To ensure a safe and healthy working environment for themselves and others, at office or site locations. 

Qualifications

Skills and attributes:

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however on the job training will be provided
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PC Skills , working on word and excel as a minimum
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot BMS-related issues on-site. Perform system diagnostics, software updates, and hardware replacements as needed. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Generate service reports and documentation for each maintenance visit.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Education
• Technical degree Diploma or Bachelor engineer.
• Previous experience in BMS at least one year or two year preferred.

Always ready to travel wherever required as per project or service.
