CADD Engineer - PHE & Fire Fighting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for Plumbing, Public Health Engineering (PHE), and Fire Fighting systems as per project requirements.
• Create layouts for water supply, drainage, waste management, and fire protection systems.

1. Technical Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to ensure design compatibility and accuracy.
• Review and modify designs based on client requirements and feedback.

1. Compliance & Standards:
   
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (NBC, IS Codes, etc.).
• Incorporate sustainability practices and efficient resource utilization in designs.

1. Site Support:
   
• Provide technical support during the execution phase, ensuring alignment with CAD designs.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges related to PHE and Fire Fighting systems.

1. Documentation:
   
• Maintain and update project documentation, including as-built drawings, technical reports, and design records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
• Knowledge of PHE, Fire Fighting systems, and building services.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in PHE and Fire Fighting CAD design preferred.
