Executive - Doc Policy & SOP

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation and formulation of documentation policies, procedures, and processes.
2. Address agents' daily inquiries.
3. Administer penalties/fines related to documentation and resolve agency disputes.
4. Evaluate, make decisions and advise agencies of the correct Doc Policy & SOP.
5. Broadcast new customs rules and regulations.
6. Participate in process reviews and system requirements.
7. Control the supply of Bill of Lading stationery.
8. Authorize Bill of Lading clauses and issuance of certificates.
9. Troubleshooting
10. Updating the policies/broadcast and organizing documents on SharePoint.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LMS.
• Knowledge of shipping documents will be good, but don't worry, we provide training and constant guidance.
• All document policies are well-documented, so we require someone to read and understand them.
