  Summary We are looking for an experienced RPA engineer to support a growing demand for robotic process automation! As a RPA engineer, you will interact with IT and business users to deliver on robotic process automation and intelligent automation capabilities. You are required to effectively communicate and work with technical team on a day-to-day basis to design, develop, test, debug, maintain and supporting system implementations. Essential Functions Expertise working with DB, proficiency in writing complex SQL. Experience working with any OCR technologies (KTA or any other) and document automation. QA Automation experience with Selenium or Playwright is plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Requires problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users. Experience with coding languages such as Java script, C#, Python, or SOAP / REST Services will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written) list of 10 items. Work closely with citizen development team to construct business use cases to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization. Work with business SMEs to elicit requirements, assess automation feasibility, effectively design, build, program, test and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software solutions using an Agile methodology. Optimize platform components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Support initiatives to improve efficiency such as developing reusable components, scripts, and establishing framework for sharing Bot components across different business units. Assist in operations and maintenance to update and maintain bots, engage in incident management and assist with communication toward business impact events Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Support emerging technology innovations to extend platform for complex use cases such as intelligent and cognitive automation and hyper automation. Maintain good relationships with customers and peers to provide service excellence and trouble-shoot issues as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project. Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks required to maintain system functionality. Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs. Required Qualifications 5-7 years hand on experience implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions using one of the leading solutions: Automation Anywhere Should have created re-usable components (metabots) with any of the above and used in bots. Experience with Agile methodology and best practice preferably experience in ALM tools like TFS or Jira. Typical Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent 5-7 years of work experience Certifications in any of the Robotic Process Automation solutions is a plus (preferably with Automation Anywhere) Working Hours: 11AM to 8PM.
