Lead II - Creative Design

We are looking for an organized creative videographer cum graphic designer to plan, film, and edit video content.

The videographer cum graphic designer will work closely with the creative, brand, sales and product marketing teams to develop multimedia content for customer stories, internal company videos, external promotional/social videos, recruiting videos, sales enablement videos and design all kinds of GTM collaterals. - Gather project requirements, script, storyboard, and select optimal forms of media for projects - Produce video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations and talent - Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over - Provide brand aligned video feedback to external agencies or internal stakeholders - Be responsible for the image and video library, and manage stock/footage subscriptions

Qualifications: - 6+ years related experience in video production and graphic designing working on projects for a range of clients, industries, and applications - Knowledge of camera, audio, lighting and editing equipment - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Frame. io, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and similar tools - Knowledge of live and recorded video production techniques and workflows - Excellent written & verbal communication, project and time management

skills - Experience in Office Suite of products especially PowerPoint, and Word - A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a natural storyteller with strong interview and research capabilities - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
