Graphic Designer Manager

We have an urgent opening for a Senior Graphic Designer with ImpactGuru.

Location- Andheri East-Marol Naka

Role & responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including

social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, posters, flyers, and more.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and enhance our visual

identity.

• Develop illustrations, logos, and other design elements as needed.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create and refine designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh

and innovative approach.

• Work with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives,

website designers, and marketing specialists.

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
