EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s degree in information services or related field. Combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum seven years experience of development and system design which provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of computer systems architecture and design, computer industry trends and project management.
Design, Development and Testing of Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from source to target system using Informatica / SSIS.
Experience working with tools such as SSMS, TOAD, PL/SQL developer
Should have knowledge in SSRS concepts Knowledge in various tuning operations to improve performance.
Prepare HLD and LLD Documents Good knowledge in data extraction/ manipulation using SQL.
Experience in performance tuning of SQL Queries and its functionalities.
Datawarehouse domain experience (design and modelling to meet needs of complex global reporting solutions). Strong knowledge in ETL concepts
Experience working within an agile framework like Scrum based development organization.
Thorough knowledge of departmental procedures processes and workflows.
Knowledge of standard languages, coding methods, company coding standards and quality requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated abilities to successfully document and communicate software platform designs to all levels of staff (technical and non-technical).
