Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) The Platform Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics is responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to ensure optimal system performance, security, and support. This role involves overseeing system updates, customizing the platform to meet organizational needs, managing security protocols, and providing comprehensive technical support and training to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Management: o Oversee and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and performance. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain smooth system operations. o Monitor system health and implement improvements for efficiency. 2. Configuration: o Customize the Dynamics 365 platform to align with organizational processes and requirements. o Develop and implement configurations and customizations to enhance system capabilities. 3. Security: o Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies. o Conduct regular security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities. 4. Support: o Provide technical support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues. o Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency and system utilization. 5. Integration: o Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other organizational systems. o Manage data integrity and facilitate data migration as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionalities, and capabilities. Experience with system integration and data management. Proficiency in security management and conducting security audits. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and ability to train and support users effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of CRM processes and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. "
