Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

Under the supervision of a Senior Lead analyze and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems and design solutions.

Outcomes:

1. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
2. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
3. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
4. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
5. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
6. Independently analyze design develop and test functionalities
7. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
8. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
9. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolving on time
10. Responsible for code/configuration changes to production environment to resolve any issues post production move
11. Independently manage client environments/perform installation related activities
12. Perform root cause analysis technical troubleshooting architecture resolve performance issues
13. Mentor juniors for client discussions and day to day activities and basic administrative tasks
14. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
15. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for small improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of schedule; helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc
16. Self-learning and implement new features released in ERP/CRM wherever possible.
17. Set goals in NorthStar and timely measure the progress and update accordingly.

Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Power Apps Developer: JD/Skillset required: Required Skills: 1. BE/ME/MCA with 6+ years in IT Industry 2. 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics implementation (Online is preferred) 3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i. e. , Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life cycle) 4. Strong coding and debugging skills which include customization of entities, Plug-in development, custom and OOB workflows, Ribbon Workbench, Form Customizations, SSRS and security configurations. 5. Utilize C# . NET as needed in support of the Dynamics solution. 6. Strong coding skills in front end languages such as Java Script, React JS, and HTML etc. 7. Strong coding and customization experience on Azure solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, Webhook, API Management, Cloud Services Storage) must related to the MS Dynamics implementations. 8. Microsofts CRM Certification is strongly desired. 9. Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Canvas App and Model Driven Apps. 10. UST Role Description - As a Senior CRM Dynamics Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and customizing CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement CRM functionalities, and provide technical expertise Responsibilities: Key member of a team of developers for development and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including MS Dynamics integrations with other Enterprise applications. Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an Agile delivery model. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
