Job Description for HPNS Tandem Developer - Essential: MCA, MSc, B.Tech or B.E (four year college degree) or equivalent. 3-7 years of experience in following HP Non-Stop technologies - COBOL 85 SCOBOL SQL/MP HP Non-Stop Utilities: Guardian O/S TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language) FUP (File Utility Program) Pathway / Pathcom DDL (Data Dictionary Library) Enform (Query / Reporting Tool) SQLCI (SQL Command Interface Report Writer) Desirable: Following are optional skills - Some level of Encryption experience TAL TMF (Transaction Monitoring Facility) Familiar with ISO 8583 Mobile Payments such as ApplePay or SamsungPay Authorization transaction simulator tools such as Paragon, Clear2Pay, Mastercard or VISA Agile Methodology and Rational Tool Create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications and collaborate and communicate with appropriate parties. Analyze existing applications or formulate logic for new applications, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and debug programs. Maintain and utilize application and programming documents in the development of code. Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Create appropriate deliverables and develop application implementation plans throughout the life cycle Performs corrective measures for moderately complex code deficiencies and escalates alternative proposals.
