Job Title: Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner
Location: Pune
Experience Range: 8-10 Years

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in the life sciences and clinical trials domain to join our team. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to gather and analyze information and help the product engineering team understand business goals.

• Act as a liaison between IT and life sciences/clinical trial business stakeholders to understand their domain-specific requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
• Collaborate with security experts to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations such as HIPAA, FDA 21 TSA, and GDPR.
• Support system implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment evaluation.
• Generate reports and presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and regulations in the life sciences industry to anticipate client needs.
• Manage project scope and changes, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Create roadmaps with epics, user stories in Jira.
• Create and maintain product documentation in Jira/Confluence.
• Facilitate ceremonies such as backlog grooming, product demos.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner within the life sciences/clinical trials/healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of life sciences processes, data, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IT project life cycle, business analysis, and product management methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, FDA 21 TSA, and GDPR.
• Experience in creating roadmaps, epics, and user stories in Jira.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct requirement gathering and translate them into functional specifications.

• Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Knowledge of security best practices in the life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with clinical trials processes.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
