We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Microservices and MongoDB to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing MongoDB-based applications and be comfortable in a customer-facing role .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications .
• Optimize MongoDB performance, security, and storage efficiency .
• Write and implement queries and operations for MongoDB-based applications.
• Analyze database performance, implement optimizations, and support overall processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions , ensuring best practices and efficient development.
• Utilize design patterns and technical solutions for optimal application architecture.
• Guide and mentor team members, helping with issue resolution and ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy robust microservices-based applications .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Java and MongoDB with extensive hands-on experience.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture and development.
• Good to have: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Apache Kafka .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-facing environment .
