Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing data center (DC) network infrastructure.
- Maintain and optimize the performance, availability, and security of DC network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Design and implement advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks.
- Manage and optimize network architecture to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex network issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams. Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Implement measures to optimize network throughput, reduce latency, and enhance overall performance.
- Configure and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Expertise in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, and multicast configurations.
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (e. g. , Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Citrix ).
- Proficient in using packet capture tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with load balancers such as F5 or Citrix ADC.
- Proficiency in network automation tools, such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Exposure to SDN (Software-Defined Networking) solutions.
- Experience in managing high-availability and disaster recovery configurations.
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent advanced credentials.
