Key Skills & Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for field sales roles.
2. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for all open roles.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with field managers and HR teams to understand the hiring needs and meet hiring targets.
4. Candidate Engagement: Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Bulk Hiring Management: Handle high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently and meet annual recruitment targets.
6. Stability and Commitment: Looking for dedicated candidates who are looking for long-term opportunities and stability within the company.
7. Travel: The role may require field visits to the different mentioned locations to support recruitment drives.
Desired Profile:
Experience: 1-4 years in recruitment, ideally with experience in high-volume or field sales recruitment.
