Understanding key areas about the finalisation of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R.
Handling books closure, month-end activities, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, deferrals, etc.
Managing bank and balance sheet reconciliation process and journal entries.
Handling and manage multiple clients.
To mentor and train the executive and senior executives to handle the daily/weekly activities, balance sheet account reconciliation and MIS preparations.
To take calls with clients and build a good rapport.
To proactively cut report cycle time, increasing reporting accuracy.
Creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapt existing methods and procedures.
To review, analyse and present data via MIS reports.
