We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented candidatewhose job entails working as a Personalassistant along with providing support for a wide variety of activities ofhuman resources, office administration, supporting operations team and CSR. Theideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a varietyof situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative,and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balanceamong multiple priorities.
Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
a) PersonalAssistant:
Supporting the Director in allthe aspects of business and be a part of the team who act as a SPOC for the Director.
Experience in managingunstructured problems. Complete critical aspects of deliverables with ahands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, legal/personalcorrespondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Directors ability toeffectively lead the company.
Additionally,work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and handle confidentialmatters with discretion.
Ability to quickly build goodworking relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range ofinternal/external contacts.
Play a supporting role in allthe functions of the company.
Calendar management and maintainingMIS in required domain.
b) Human Resource:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitmentprocess through Zoho recruit. Create and timely update email templates on Zoho.
Conduct smooth andseamless interview sessions.
Conduct employee verification,on-boarding, exit formalities and report key findings. Providesupport to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Organize annual employeeperformance reviews.
Maintain employee files andrecords in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction byresolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizingteam building activities.
Handle A ttendance andLeave Management and assist finance team with monthly data for processing.payroll.
Ensure compliance with laborregulations.
Engage in all Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) projects for the company.
Maintain database of all employeesemail logins, passwords, drive, data etc with confidentiality. Archive emailsof employees before they exit the company and store the backup systematically.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Graduate. Certification in HR, Company Secretary preferred.
Minimum4 -5 years of experience in the relevant domain.
Understanding of general human resources policiesand procedures.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are a must.
Abilityto see the "big picture" and to prioritize with a problem solvingattitude.
Highlevel of integrity , confidentiality, and strong work ethic.
Needs to be tactful anddiplomatic when it comes to navigating tricky situations.
Adaptable, flexible, andresilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a highvolume of work and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, and PowerPoint and must be t ech-savvy.

The notice period should not be more than 30 days.
