Marathi Online Lecture Faculty

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and skilled individuals to join our Physics Wallah platform as Online Lecture Faculty for Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Mathematics. The ideal candidates will deliver high-quality recorded lectures via studio sessions, specifically for JEE, NEET, MHTCET and State Board curriculum, in Marathi or Telugu & Pure English. A demo video is mandatory for shortlisting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lecture Recording

• Record engaging and informative lectures in Marathi or Telugu & Pure English.
• Ensure clarity in teaching complex Physics and Mathematics concepts at JEE, NEET, and State Board levels
• Deliver lectures in a studio setting, maintaining high production quality suitable for YouTube distribution

2.Curriculum Alignment

• Follow the syllabus for JEE, NEET, and State Board exams
• Ensure lessons are aligned with the latest exam patterns and student requirements

3.Content Development

• Collaborate with the academic and production teams to create effective and interactive digital learning content
• Provide inputs for supplementary materials like quizzes, notes, and problem-solving exercises

4.Student Engagement

• Create engaging content tailored for online audiences, keeping students motivated and focused
• Simplify difficult concepts to resonate with the target audience

5.Feedback and Improvement

• Review student feedback from YouTube and other platforms to continuously improve the content and delivery
• Stay updated on new teaching methods and technologies to improve learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Physics or Mathematics
• Expertise in JEE, NEET, and State Board level teaching
• Prior experience in online teaching or YouTube content creation is an advantage
• Fluency in Marathi or Telugu & Pure English is mandatory
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Demo video submission is mandatory for the selection process
