Job Description

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional with 7-9 years of experience to join our Business Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving budgeting, financial planning, and revenue analysis, along with providing insights into mergers and acquisitions (MA) activities.

As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) function, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with operational plans.
Revenue Analysis:
- Analyze revenue trends and variances to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance revenue performance and profitability.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Develop and track key financial metrics and dashboards.
Mergers Acquisitions (MA):
- Support due diligence processes and evaluate potential MA opportunities.
- Assist in post-merger integration and financial restructuring as required.
FPA Activities:
- Prepare detailed financial models and reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with leadership and functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Act as a key financial advisor to support organizational growth initiatives.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in MA, including due diligence and financial integration.
Expertise in FPA processes, including variance analysis and strategic planning.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

I worked at the Noida office and I can say that it is worst company to work with.

1. There is nobody to teach you how to handle work. 2. There is no work life balance. They will call you at 2 am in the night and ask for work. 3. There is a lot of politics. 4. There is no job security. Their termination policy is as quick as is their appointment policy.
