Head of Business Operation

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Business Operations to lead our medical equipment manufacturing and sales company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the medical equipment industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.

As the Business Head, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the companys sustainability and profitability in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Identify growth opportunities in manufacturing, sales, and distribution of medical equipment.
• Lead business expansion initiatives into new markets and regions.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Establish and maintain robust sales and distribution networks.
• Monitor and improve quality control processes for all products.
• Financial Oversight:
• Manage company budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Drive profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the CFO to secure funding for growth initiatives.
• Team Leadership:
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Industry Representation:
• Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, investors, customers, and industry forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and regulators.
• Act as the public face of the company for all media and PR activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sEducation: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the medical equipment industry.
• Industry Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of the medical equipment manufacturing and sales landscape.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE, FDA).

Skills:

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications (preferred).
