Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales cum Business Development Manager to join our team at Photoneer Studios and Social Chap Events. This role combines sales expertise with strategic business development, focusing on client acquisition, relationship building, and driving revenue growth across both our photography/videography and event management verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition & Engagement:
    • Identify potential clients and pitch the services of Photoneer Studios (photography, videography) and Social Chap Events (event planning and execution).
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
    • Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  1. Lead Generation & Follow-up:
    • Generate leads through networking, digital platforms, referrals, and other innovative channels.
    • Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

  1. Sales Execution & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Propose creative solutions to clients, including bundled services from both companies, to maximize value.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand business.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and areas of growth.
    • Design and implement business plans to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

  1. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects after sales closure.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare regular sales and business development reports for management review.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute growth plans.
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to market changes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of photography, videography, and event management industries is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in sales or business development (experience in photography, videography, or event management is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Work Environment

  • Office Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday).
  • Flexibility: May require attending client meetings and events beyond regular hours.
  • Location: Work from the office; travel to meet clients and attend events as needed.
