Associate Director- HRBP

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Provide strategic guidance and support on talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Proactively identify HR needs and challenges within business units, offering solutions to enhance business performance.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
Work with business leaders to identify key talent gaps and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Lead succession planning initiatives and ensure that talent pools are built for future leadership needs.
Develop and implement strategies for workforce optimization, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Collaborate with the learning and development team to address skills gaps and drive continuous improvement in employee capabilities.
