Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter
Location: Bangalore 5 days' work from Office.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter with a deep understanding of digital engineering, IT services, and the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in recruiting for web application development, mobile development, and cloud technologies. The recruiter will support our engineering and IT services teams by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical professionals skilled in languages and frameworks such as .NET, Java, Angular, React, iOS, Android, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
This role requires expertise in sourcing candidates with specialized skill sets and the ability to assess technical competence, as well as a strategic understanding of our client's needs within the technology space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions related to web and mobile application development, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
Work closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and department heads to understand the hiring requirements for various teams (e.g., engineering, software development, IT services).
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for key technology areas, particularly for .NET, Java, mobile development (iOS/Android), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and related technologies.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to find top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and niche technical communities.
Use Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
Create and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Coordinate and attend technical meetups, career fairs, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and stay connected with the tech community.
3. Screening & Interviewing
Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidates' skills in key technologies such as .NET, Java, React, Angular, mobile development, and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to create detailed interview rubrics and evaluate candidates based on technical competence, experience, and cultural fit.
Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of role expectations, company culture, and career opportunities.
Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
4. Candidate Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates and technical communities.
Provide ongoing feedback and updates to candidates throughout the interview process.
Stay informed about candidates career goals and aspirations to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to leadership, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Track market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices to help refine recruitment strategies.
6. Continuous Improvement & Market Insight
Stay updated on the latest trends in technology hiring, especially for web and mobile development, cloud technologies, and emerging programming languages and frameworks.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting technical talent, helping to guide team members and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
4-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on recruiting for digital engineering and IT services roles.
In-depth understanding of the web application development (e.g., .NET, Java, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile development (iOS/Android) skill sets.
Proficiency in recruiting for cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and related modern infrastructure and application development tools.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles in software engineering, mobile development, and cloud computing.
Strong understanding of technical jargon and the ability to evaluate candidates technical skills through structured interviews, coding challenges, and problem-solving assessments.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience recruiting for companies offering enterprise-level IT services or digital transformation.
Knowledge of global recruitment trends, and experience working with international teams and candidates is a plus.
Technical certifications or familiarity with basic programming concepts would be a bonus (e.g., understanding of software development life cycles, cloud architecture, etc.).
