Job Description
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java , Spring Boot , and other backend technologies.
- Build modern, responsive web applications using frontend technologies like HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and React or Angular .
- Design and implement relational databases (e.g., MySQL , PostgreSQL ) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB ) for the application.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing frontend components.
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic via RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure the security and robustness of applications by following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, providing timely fixes.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot , Hibernate ).
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and modern frameworks like React or Angular .
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Solid understanding of database design and development using MySQL , PostgreSQL , or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB ).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation (e.g., Jenkins , Docker ).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes .
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit , Mockito ).
- Experience with Angular or Vue.js is a plus.

- Salary - Excellent
One thing I dislike about working here is the fast-paced environment, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. Deadlines can also be tight, leading to some stress. It would be helpful to have more regular feedback to keep everyone aligned.
