Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver projects efficiently in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project management, expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project plans , resource plans , and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and address project risks.
Utilize tools like JIRA , Confluence , Wiki , Excel , and PowerPoint for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Drive and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.

Must-Have Skills and Expertise:

Experience in project management and preparing project/resource plans.
Proficiency in tools such as:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Wiki
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Strong experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks .
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience working with Oracle Retail Modules .
