JOB SUMMARY:

• Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns
• Convincing prospects about products
• Churning leads for better productivity
• Ensure timely call backs and follow-ups for closure of sales.
• Ensure correct information is provided to the customer on calls.
• Fulfil all company-established policy obligations.
• Connecting with customers for clearing documents, journey completion etc.
• Ensuring 80% Login to issuance
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and keep relative records.

Qualitative

• Telephonic Sales conversions
• Zero mis-selling
• Maintaining performance achievement as defined by the company.

Quantitative

• Proven experience of minimum 1 year in insurance sales and tele calling
• Ability to work with computers.
• Good communication Skill
• High school or Graduate(any)
• High speed internet connectivity for smooth work from home environment
